Salon+ is complex automation of business in the field of services. It allows to manage activity of salon, station of maintenance, clinic (clients, goods, personnel, services, pay).

Functional blocks of Salon+

• Clients taken into account in a database with the following adjustablity:
  • client with a discount card, employee, partner, honoured guest etc;
  • it is possible to look over all ordering with passing to the required order and over promissory orders on every client.
• Storage is conducted by the detailed account of goods at a help of:
  • nomenclature (groups of goods) and catalogue (active or passive goods);
  • descriptions on every good (up to 8) and bar-code;
  • two metages;
  • controlled a minimum of commodity;
  • lists of presence (by an inventory, circulating) on any subdivision for any period;
  • forming of documents on a transmission in subdivisions.
• Orders allow to register all services in a catalogue and nomenclature:
  • possibility of model integration of services in expense materials;
  • base of expense norms on every service;
  • attachment of order to the client and master which perform the order;
  • possibility of change the composition and amount of expense materials in order;
  • automatic creation of expense invoices on writing of the expense materials.
•  Shop allows to register goods, sales with attachment to the salesman and buyer:
  • possibility to form the personal discount on every commodity;
  • possibility to give the awarding bonuses to administrator and employee, which sell a commodity (% of saled commodity);
  • forming of list of sales for any period with taking into account a profit yield, all deductions and profit calculation;
  • account of employees sales for any period.
• Calculations with clients are conducted in three currencies: hryvnia, dollar, euro, base of quotations. Account of the rendered services, sold commodities (through a shop). Personal discounts on every service.
• Deposit is taken into account in a base and provides:
  • automatic writing of sums from the deposit of client at his service;
  • viewing of all writing from a deposit with possibility to pass to the proper order or expense cash warrant;
  • printing of writing from a deposit on a selection.
• Cashdesk registers an available funds in three currencies: hryvnia, dollar, euro and provides:
  • creation of cashiers base and the sanctioned access to the cashdesk for cashiers (complete or partial);
  • conducting of cash-book on every cashier. Arrival and expense cash warrants are created automatically from an order or handly;
  • moving  a money from a cashier to other cashier (to the director, accountant) with confirmation of operation.
•  Personnel is taken into account in a database about employees:
  • name, surname, dates of hire and fire, position, category, subdivision;
  • terms of extra charge of pay as percents from execution of services and sale of commodities.
•  Pay of personnel with the different types of awarding bonuses. A calculation is produced upon any date:
  • piece-rate, as a percent from a profit yield for a service or selling the commodity;
  • salary which does not depend on the chart of work;
  • the calculations of pay  are saved in an archive with calculation of profit from every master or subdivision; forming of reports.
•  An analyst will show a prime price and income from every master or subdivision.

Architecture of Salon+

Program "Salon+ is set on OS Linux.  Windows computer or terminal which two times cheaper than computer can be used as a workpalce.

Salon+ product versions

• "Salon+" LiteEdition – one user on all function (director, administrator, store-keeper);
• "Salon+" StandartEdition – network version which allow to work on a server and on a two local workplaces (Windows computer or terminal) in the same time;
• "Salon+" EnterpriseEdition – network version which allow to work with the program for three and more users.
